Pet Policy:
Mission University Place apartment homes gladly accept both Dogs and Cats with certain size and breed restrictions. A maximum of 2 pets are accepted per apartment home. We require a one time pet fee of $300 and a monthly pet rent of $15 per animal, or a one time pet fee of $400 for 2 pets with a total monthly rent of $20. There is a maximum weight limit of 99 lbs.
